⚠️ Important Notes Before You Order

Orders placed on Sundays/Public Holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Express/Same-day delivery excludes delays caused by weather, volume surges, traffic, etc.
Shipping timelines exclude weekends and holidays.
Delivery delays may occur due to:

Address changes post-order
The shipment date may change if the items purchased are out of stock
Made-to-order or pre-order products
Courier / Logistics company delays and inefficiencies

🌍 International Orders

We aim to dispatch international orders within 1–2 working days
Typical delivery time is 5–10 working days, depending on customs clearance
COD is not available for international shipments
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or tariff charges as per the destination country’s regulations

💼 Customs, Duties & Taxes
These charges are not included in the order value and are charged separately by the destination country
All applicable taxes and duties are decided and collected by the customs authorities of the destination country as per local laws
These charges are to be borne entirely by the customer at the time of delivery.
Upakarna is not responsible for any customs delays, holds, or additional tax charges

🔐 Handling Deliveries with Care

Inspect the package before accepting it from the delivery partner
If it looks tampered with, refuse to accept it to avoid liability
📹 We recommend recording a video while unboxing—it’s your proof in case of theft or product mismatch
If you miss the delivery, you’ll get 2 reattempts. Reschedule for a time that works best for you
Never share your OTP with courier partners if you haven’t received the order. They may ask for an OTP to deny delivery as well so be aware to prevent order cancellations

• When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

• How will I get my tracking details?
Tracking details are shared on the WhatsApp number used while placing the order and also on your registered email ID once the order is shipped.

• Can I cancel my order after placing it?
No, Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, as it is processed immediately for packing and dispatch.

• Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?
Address changes are only possible if requested immediately after placing the order and before dispatch. Once shipped, changes cannot be made.

• What happens if I miss my delivery?
The courier will make up to 2 delivery attempts. You can also reschedule delivery with the courier partner.

No, COD is not available for international shipments.
