Shipping Within India
**Prepaid Orders**
Shipping is free on prepaid orders above ₹1,100. A shipping fee of ₹100 applies to prepaid orders below ₹1,100.
**Cash on Delivery**
Cash on Delivery is available on orders above ₹1,000. A COD fee of ₹180 applies to all COD orders.
Standard Delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day.
**Metro cities:** 1 to 2 working days
**Other locations:** 2 to 5 working days
Personalised or made to order jewellery may require additional processing time. If your order contains both ready to ship and personalised products, the items may be shipped separately.
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier serviceability, public holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our control.
Express Delivery
Express delivery is available at a flat charge of ₹600.
For eligible metro cities, delivery can be arranged for the next day. For most other serviceable locations, delivery is typically completed within 24 hours from dispatch.
Express delivery is subject to order confirmation, cut off timings and courier serviceability.
Same Day Delivery in Mumbai
Same day delivery is available within Mumbai through Wefast.
Place your order on our website and WhatsApp us with your order number to arrange same day delivery.
The actual Wefast delivery charges are paid directly by the customer to the courier partner.
Same day delivery is subject to availability, delivery location and order readiness.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared on your registered contact details.
Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct before placing your order.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt or refusal to accept the shipment, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to selected countries.
Shipping charges and delivery timelines depend on the destination.
Customs duties, import taxes and any additional local charges, if applicable, are payable by the customer.
International deliveries may take longer due to customs clearance and local courier processes.
