💫 Upakarna Exchange & Return Policy

Because we want you to love what you wear (and we totally get that sometimes, vibes don’t match).

We offer store credit and exchange options for eligible purchases, so you can find your perfect sparkle—even if it takes two tries. We do not offer refunds —just solutions that shine


🔁 How It Works

  1. Head over to our Return/Exchange Portal:
    👉 https://upakarna.com/apps/return_prime
  2. Enter your order details and follow the sparkle trail (aka the instructions)
  3. Pay the Rs. 150 service fee to proceed
  4. We’ll schedule a pickup from your location, do a quick quality check, and then:
    • For returns: We’ll issue Upakarna store credit for your future use
    • For exchanges: ship your new product right after the old one clears QC (Quality Check)

💸 What’s the Rs.150 Fee For?

We like transparency (in jewellery and policies). Here’s the breakdown:
The fee includes ₹75 for return pickup + ₹75 for delivery of the exchanged item = ₹150 total.

This fee also covers the unsung heroes: restocking, rechecking, repacking, quality control and other behind-the-scenes magic that keeps things smooth.



🛍 Return or Exchange? Here's What You Need to Know

You’ve got 3 days (return) and 5 days (exchange) from the date your order is delivered to decide.

We accept returns for store credit or product exchanges as long as:

  • The product is unused and unworn
  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact
  • The item passes our quality check (yep, we’re picky—in a good way)

💡 Pro Tip: Always take a quick video while packing and handing over the item to the courier. It protects you (and us) in case anything goes sideways.


Not Eligible For Return/Exchange If:

  • The product was bought on sale, during a promo, or using store credit
  • You return the item without authorization via the return portal
  • You’ve tried to pull a fast one (don’t worry, our sparkle squad always checks 😉)

🚫 Order Cancellations

We ship fast—like really fast.
Once an order is processed and packed (typically within a couple of hours), it cannot be cancelled. By then, your sparkle has already left the building 💨💛


🚚 Delivery Timelines

Once we’ve done our quality check, exchanges typically reach you within 5–10 working days (depending on your pincode and courier/logistics gods 📦✨).


📦 Final Sparkly Notes

  • We do not offer refunds—only store credit or exchange
  • Store credit is valid for 6 months and can be used sitewide
  • Store Credit & Discount codes cannot be used together
  • Only one discount or promo can be applied per order
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges that do not meet the above criteria
