Here is how your Upakarna order reaches you, what delivery costs and how to follow your parcel.

Shipping within India

Shipping charges

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders over ₹ 1,100.
  • ₹ 100 shipping on prepaid orders under ₹ 1,100.

Cash on delivery

  • Cash on delivery (COD) is available on orders up to ₹ 5,000, with a ₹ 180 COD fee paid online when you order and no shipping charge. You pay the order amount on delivery.
  • Orders above ₹ 5,000 are prepaid only.

Order amounts are counted after discounts. The minimum order is ₹ 150 after discounts.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

After dispatch, delivery usually takes:

  • Metro cities: 1 to 2 working days
  • Other locations: 2 to 5 working days

Personalised pieces are usually dispatched in 1 working day, and up to 10 working days if a charm needs restocking. If your order has both ready pieces and personalised pieces, it may arrive in two parcels.

Timelines can change with courier serviceability, public holidays, weather and other circumstances outside our control.

Express and same day delivery in Mumbai

Express delivery

Express delivery in Mumbai costs ₹ 300 and arrives the next day. It is subject to order confirmation, cut-off times and courier serviceability.

Same day delivery

Same day delivery in Mumbai is available through Wefast on request. Place your order on our website, then WhatsApp us your order number on +91 93723 36579 and we will arrange it. You pay the Wefast delivery charge directly to the courier partner.

Same day delivery depends on availability, your delivery location and order readiness.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we send the tracking details on WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel until it reaches you. You can also check it on our track order page.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please check your delivery address and phone number before you place your order. If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address, a failed delivery attempt or a refused delivery, reshipping may cost extra.

International shipping

We ship to selected countries outside India. Shipping charges and delivery times depend on the destination, and the charge is shown at checkout. International orders are paid online.

Customs duties, import taxes and any local charges, where they apply, are payable by you. International deliveries can take longer because of customs clearance and local courier processes.
