1. In how many days will my order get delivered?

We usually Dispatch & Ship our product within 1-2 days and use all major courier partners.
Standard shipping speed to Metro Cities is 2-3 working days & for Non metro/Rest of India its 3 - 5 working days post dispatch and receipt of tracking number
The time stated above are estimates and in rare cases there may be some operating delays. In such rare cases, we would request your patience in getting the order delivered to you.
2. Will we receive an order confirmation and tracking details?

As soon as you place your order the website, you will receive an order confirmation on the contact details provided by you.(Incase you don’t receive a confirmation please feel free to get in touch over whatsapp with our technical team on +91 9372336579

After the order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number on your email id and/or Whatsapp number (provided at the time of placing an order) to help keep you updated on the delivery date.

 

3. What are your Shipping Charges?

Standard Shipping on Prepaid (orders below Rs 1500) - Rs 60/- for Pan India delivery

Standard Free Shipping - We waive off all shipping charges for Pan India delivery for prepaid     orders above Rs 1500

Standard Shipping on COD - Rs 100/- for Pan India delivery (inclusive of cash handling) for order above Rs 1000/- (Kindly Note: cash on delivery is not offered on orders below Rs1000)

We also provide Expediated Express shipping for orders that are urgent. We prioritize Express Shipping orders for express dispatch and use a faster shipping method;

We try for same day or next working day early dispatch shipping to metros in 1-2 working days and Non Metro/Rest of India 2-3 working days

Express Shipping on Prepaid - Rs 300/- for Pan India.

Express Shipping on COD - Rs 350/- for Pan India.

 

4. How will I be contacted while the courier is being delivered?


The Courier Partner will contact you via text message/whatsapp/phone call,

Please make sure you are available on the given contact number and provide alternate contact numbers for hassle free delivery.

 

5. What happens Incase I am not available at the time of delivery?

Incase you are not available at the time of delivery, you will get the option to reschedule the delivery upto three attempts, please schedule the delivery at a suitable via the message received on the given contact number.
