Questions about necklaces
Which necklace works best for daily wear?
Keep it simple: a slim chain, a small charm or an initial pendant. Something you put on and forget until someone notices it.
What are the necklaces made of?
316L stainless steel with 18K gold plating, finished anti-tarnish. They are gold-plated, not solid gold. Our 925 sterling silver pieces say so on their page.
Are the necklaces adjustable?
Most are. They extend to about 16 inches with adjustable hooks or a sliding ball, so the same chain can sit as a choker or lower.
Can I layer them?
Yes. The chains are made with layering in mind: mixed lengths and textures that sit together without tangling. Stack three or wear one.
How do I keep the finish bright?
Wipe with a soft dry cloth after wearing, let perfume and lotion dry before the chain goes on, and store it on its own. Rain and monsoon days are fine; take it off for showers, baths and swimming.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Tell us within 3 days of delivery with photos or a short video. Once we have checked it, we pick it up and send a replacement or store credit, with no charge.
