Broken bracelet with in a week

The bracelet is broken in a week. When I ask for a replacement, no reply . It is expensive and on top of that there is no call from them, nothing, just nonsense! Never going to buy again anything from them. Just waste of money.😡

The evil eye bracelet with personalized initials is beautiful. The only concern is the bracelet opens often. It doesn't close properly. The closing is not tight it is loose. Also the shape of the bracelet is too oval, it's not rounded, so it doesn't fit wrist properly. You have to constantly push it behind the wrist inorder to fit correctly and when you put it behind, the bracelet opens because of loose openings.
